I have had chronic muscular pain since I can remember and I’ve the last 5 years it had just become more and more intense... I forgot what it was like to be able to move freely and pain free... I enjoy running and this also proved to have difficulties as I would end up having discomfort... I would honestly recommend Janine... she introduced me to Lyno and since then I have found that I more freedom of movement, less aches and pains... my energy has also been renewed Janine is passionate with her treatment and friendly always explaining what is wrong and how to improve yourself with strength training . In a few sessions I was able to do some personal running records \u200d️ I never imagined I could run without pain. I would highly recommend Natural health centre
