So pleased to provide a 5 star review for this auction house and the excellent service we have received. Paid On Wednesday, Items here next day by 1300 as promised. Very reasonable charge with postage at cost. The gentleman I dealt with showed a high degree of customer service and was extremely pleasant. In the current climate we could ask for no more, well done Piers Motley you have made two people very happy, and you should be proud of your service, staff and business. Exceptionally good customer service. From initial lot enquiry to registration, from bidding to invoice, from payment to expedited delivery, my first-time experience with this auction house has been top notch.
