I was advised by a seemingly very helpful and friendly man that the minor problem with a component for my car would be addressed as quickly and efficiently as time allowed. After several weeks and quite a few phone calls all with a promise that it is being sorted , absolutely nothing transpired. I was duped by this person. OH WELL I am now a FORMER IDIOT p.s good luck in your new job!

Beware!!! Keep your eye on these guys if you get a quote. Once they have your vehicle, they will try to keep hold of it as long as they can. Also watch your original quote as they will change parts without warning you, or even asking if you can cover the cost. My final bill ended up 20% larger than the quote with absolutely no warning or permission. As i have been using them for years I am very disapointed, and would warn anyone to keep a close eye on them if using them. I personally feel so cheated as a loyal customer to not be warned of such a cost increase! So my advise is keep an eye on the bill, as they are so keen to raise it, once they have your motor. You have been warned!
