I still clearly remember the dining experience at this restaurant, even after 10 years past. What a creations he invents and he is still cooking in the kitchen! If I would get a chance to visit Paris again, this place is the one I would come back.

First, staff. Wait staff was incredible. Polite, knowledgeable. The sommelier, not pushy at all. Waiters did everything they could to work around my girlfriend's tree nut allergy. Attentive, professional, happy. From the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Lots of beautiful artistic flair throughout the dining space. One floor raised a bit, fun little touch. Gorgeous plants and flowers. Well lit but not harsh. The food, obviously, was amazing. Everything was good, with a couple small \challenging\ dishes thrown in the mix, such as a dessert with a tumeric focus. We had the lamb for lunch and it was life changing. But then again so was every dish. With a 90 Euro set lunch menu, or about 120 with wine and coffee, it is an incredibly accessible Michelin star experience.
What an awesome experience! We were able to book the chef's table for lunch and it was quite an experience. The service was attentive and focused. This place is worthy of its three Michelin stars. We loved it so much, even though there are plenty other three star Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, we came back the next day! Truly a memorable dining experience.
Technically very good execution and highly elaborate innovative cuisine. Nice presentation. Lovely ambience, excellent decor and professional service. Taste wise and balance perhaps not the most impressive 3 star restaurant (possibly from too many flavours from mignardise sized side dishes) but I believe Monsieur Gagnaire wasn't in the kitchen and dispersion of ratings may reflect this, or maybe I am just more predisposed to traditional French styled cuisine. Still a very good experience overall.
Come here to experience what the big deal about Haute French cuisine is! Beautiful, spacious dining room with very warm and intimate feeling. By far the best service in Paris - that makes you feel it is all about you rather than them. Great somelier - you can spend hours in wine discourse (you need a Parisian friend to do it properly in French!). Monsieur Gagnaire is not the risk taker - the food classical preparations but done with perfection!
Definitely a top tier dining experience! The wait staff was attentive, witty and engaging. The food literally melted in our mouths and was incredibly inventive. The wine was unlike anything we've ever had before! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening.
Always amazing. Always way too much food. I still have not figured out how to make it the end of the meal with room for dessert.
You should add a 6th star to quote the performance of Pierre Gagnaire. What would you find if you had the excellent idea to go there? A real great service from the team who provide friendly but very professional contact to explain the wonderful food they serve to you. About this great food, what would you like me to say? Original? Yes. Tasty? Yes. Beautiful presentation? Yes. You don't eat the food you eat everyday for sure. In addition, the location is very very friendly. You spend time and you do not realize that 4 hours passed. You feel good, It is a wonderful time dedicated to an art shared with your friends and family. Pierre Gagnaire is offering this to you. And Pierre Gagnaire take time to shake your hand in person.
