Incredibly rude, refused to attend any phone calls and hanged up on my calls. Refusing to return my 1400 security deposit, caused us major stress and even though my children were attending the school before lockdown, after lockdown on 1st June the same day they refused to let my children return back to school (without any notice) inorder to avoid returning the 1400 security deposit. The reason given by their head teacher Emma is that they are small business and cannot afford to return security deposit.

My daughter loves this school and is very happy there. The teachers are kind and supportive, it's a lovely learning environment for the children.
My son went to Pier Head - we see him grew out of a nervous boy and become confident, happy, social and so cheerful. Love the school and highly recommended.
A small, family-run school in a beautiful setting. Happy, well- behaved and well adjusted children.
