Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with excellent customer service by 2 sweet young ladies!! My daughter & I were both treated with tender love & care by the staff that assisted us. Thank you so much for actually caring for us the way that you did! Our Nurse who tested us was very energetic & funny! Our PA was very kind & asked if we had any questions or concerns. This urgent care was great! I was having severe pain and needed to see a physician.. The staff was very caring and professional. I was seen and taken care of, expeditiously. The doctor called in my prescription and within 3 hours I was feeling better and able to go back to work! Thank you Piedmont Urgent Care for excellent service!
The service was great. Was very quick to be seen. They were very thorough. And quick to get testing done. The PA was very nice and personable. The nurses were excellent and so sweet. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services.
Everyone was so sweet from the young lady that greeted you at the front and then my registration was very fast and was great then I was called back within 5 minutes I love this urgent care and they are awesome and the bed side manner e as great. Keep up the good work I have been to a lot of urgent care and this was the best by far and following all of thr CDC protocol I wish I could give more than five stars it would be a 10 and 100% customer. service.
