I ordered a sheet of plastic 48 inches, it was shipped 48.5 the answer I received from this office was because it was ordered from the internet they would not help me. The man on the other end of the phone was extremely short in his answer and did not attempt to help me find a solution to the problem...I did have two answers from other people in the company that were both extremely helpful and were able to get the 1/2 cut off for me. I will do business with this company based on how they responded.

I was looking for plastic sheeting to go onto industrial carts in a warehouse. Ron Arrowwood listen to what I was looking for and what I was going to use it for. He gave me a price on what I asked for, but then gave me two additional more economical and better suited options as well. He even when out to the warehouse to check and make sure that the sheets were flat and to take pictures to ensure the texture would work. Fantastic customer service. They even cut them down to size for me. They have my business in the future.
Worst experience with a company in a long time. Horrible customer service (at least of the of La Mirada, CA location). We ordered 5 sheets of plastic and only ended up needing 3 so we called to return the two extra. They said they would pick them up for us. I waited at the shop the entire day from 5am to 10pm since they said the couldn’t give me an exact time they would make it by, they never showed. The next day I called and they refused to deliver because supposedly a street they have to go down has a weight limit. I called the PD to confirm and they did say it has a weight limit but pick up and delivery’s can use an alternate route which they gave me. I called back with the correct route and they still refused to come and pick them up after saying they would and refund the purchase. Don’t do business with people who can’t follow through and are only there for you when they are making money off of you. I could have ended up being a long time customer since I own a production company and always need prop and set making material but I will definitely be going somewhere else.
