Front desk was phenomenally good! Lady who checked me in was very professional and nice. She answered the phone, took my insurance, walked me back. Dr. Tanner was very professional, excellent bedside manners, and should be rated a 10 out of 10! He gave a painless shot to my hands, that no other hand surgeon has done. He’s the best!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I broke my leg on Saturday and they wouldn’t see me until Thursday, which is insane to wait that long for a broken leg but whatever, I went with it. Everyone told me it was the Powdersville office. The referral paperwork from the ER said Powdersville. The receptionist who made my appointment said Powdersville. I get up there early for my appointment and they tell me I am supposed to see Dr. Lee all the way in Pickens! So I drive all the way there and I am only 5 minutes late. As I’m getting out of the car someone calls and says they can’t see me because I’m late. I told them I was literally walking in and I was only 5 minutes. She said they would not see me until Monday. So I called the office to complain and all of sudden Dr. lee could see me in a couple hours. I said no way y’all are terrible! Meanwhile in the time it took them to talk to the Doctor I made an appointment for the next morning at another ortho that said there was no reason I had to wait almost a whole week to be seen for a broken leg. DONT GO HERE they do not care about their patients!!!

I don’t know that I’ve ever felt as well cared for at a doctor’s office, as I did today at Foothills Orthopedics. Everyone from the front staff to Dr. Edwards was kind and compassionate. They fit me in the day after I called with complaints of severe knee pain. I’m so thankful they had this opening and that they will be overseeing my care.
The best! Did both of my total knee replacements.
