The gentlemen who helped me that Saturday (10/31/20) were great! I wanted to try to get my generator running myself; they told me what the issue was after my describing what was happening. Even showed me what I needed to do and how to get the carburetor apart. As I was about to leave, the owner stepped out and handed me some small thin cables to use to clean the carburetor. I knew I didn’t have anything like that to use! I know he was swamped with work but took the time to walk me through somethings I could try. We ended up buying a new carburetor and will get it installed soon. Thank you for the information!
