The owner needs to get some people skills,my daughter went in to get some shavings and there was a lady in front of her who asked for feed and shavings. There was a conversation about ordering anything you need by a certain date,to which the lady replied she didn't know. Then he went off on a tirade and promptly barred the lady and my daughter. Insinuating that someone is being investigated for animal cruelty is a very serious accusation,luckily my daughter has the other ladies details,be careful with your accusations. The Lady in question has contacted the RSPCA and given them her horses details whereabouts and vets contact details and invited them to see the horses whenever they want. For a man who writes on his facebook page about Chinese whispers he seems quite eager to spread them himself.

We were looking for a farm shop to buy some meat and vegetables near Lewes but didn't want one of the huge commercial farm shops that are around the area. Piddinghoe Farm Shop is hidden away from the main road and is a proper working farm shop. It has a range of meat, vegetables, sauces and local local alcohol. The meat was very reasonable price wise and the guy who owns the shop was really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back, it's nice to see a small independent farm shop.
