Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Great choice of teas with some rather unusual ones. I had a British grown tea from Cornwall. Good selection of cakes ( don't go if you are on a diet ) I had a fruit scone which was delicious. My son had a white hot chocolate which he said was lovely. Will definitely call in again when in the area.
Gorgeous little village, stopped off on a bike trip at this lovely little tearoom. Due to covid19 theres only a takeaway service, so you're just served at the door. Very polite and friendly staff! I did think that 5.50 for a sausage roll and a small can of drink was a little pricey but as soon as I tucked into it, it was clearly worth it! Best sausage roll I've ever eaten! Will happily be stopping there again in the near future!
Due to covid-19, there is only a take away service at the door. However, lots of lovely cakes, sausage rolls or even pasties on offer. The Tearoom is by the pond at Finchingfield with a few benches around the green to sit on. If no seating available and coming via car, it would be a good idea to bring a picnic rug to sit on the grass and enjoy the surrounding view on a dry day of course. The lady serving is very nice and helpful, so if you want to have a nice quiet picnic, and relax, this is ideal.
Go here for a bacon sandwich and drink on a Sunday when out for motorbike ride. Best bacon sandwich in Finchingfield, much better quality than Winners across the road.
