Unfortunately had a below average experience getting two pictures framed. My suggestion to the owner is that more care is taken to write down orders properly and when services are offered to customers that you deliver that (eg taping up backs of frames). Whilst there is nothing wrong with the framing - missing tape only from the back of one - a high level of confusion seemed to surround the entire process. The original ticket order was illegible which dragged out the framing process and there seemed to be no acknowledgement of that delay. Some simple fixes required to remedy the customer experience.
