I have been taking my paintings to Picture Box for framing, or sometimes just for a board mount, over quite a few years now. Adrian has always been incredibly helpful with the broad choice of board mounts and frames available and produces high quality, prompt and professional results that make my artwork look it’s best. I have no need to look elsewhere.
I turned up with an unreasonable request and a ridiculous timescale on a day when Picturebox should have been shut. Within 24 hours the work was all complete and ready to collect. So delighted with the results. Totally recommend.
Unfortunately had a below average experience getting two pictures framed. My suggestion to the owner is that more care is taken to write down orders properly and when services are offered to customers that you deliver that (eg taping up backs of frames). Whilst there is nothing wrong with the framing - missing tape only from the back of one - a high level of confusion seemed to surround the entire process. The original ticket order was illegible which dragged out the framing process and there seemed to be no acknowledgement of that delay. Some simple fixes required to remedy the customer experience.
