so happy to have found ptr computer solutions! i called peter after hours of troubleshooting with the computer company (and no luck). he suggested i try a couple of things that might solve the issue before booking an appointment with him, and in 5 minutes the problem was solved! peter even called the next day to see if i had been successful :) peter will definitely be the one i call when i need tech help in the future. much appreciated!
