Took my boots here to get the bottoms glued back and after one day of using they came completely off. I called William explaining what had happened and he said to bring them in that he was out for lunch but would be back in 20 minutes . I have now been waiting for over 45 minutes and he ignored my call when I called again. Very poor craftsmanship and professionalism.

I am very pleased with the skills and professionalism of the young gentleman that assisted me today. I took in a pair of my favorite Harley-Davidson boots due to one of the heels coming completely off after wearing them only 4 times (which I could’ve returned them to Mfg.Company by the way but chose not to). It was near their closing time but he was kind enough to help me and amazed me with how quick he was able to replace each heel and how great they looked !! I told him I had another pair of boots in my car that needed to be fixed and he was able to fix those and shine them for me . I walked out with both pairs of boots looking brand new and their prices were great as well!!! Thank you for the great customer service you provided and I will definitely be returning to your shop with a lot more boots of mine.
Memo is very nice and gave great customer service. He was able to repair my shoes, and more importantly, my baseball glove.
