Been shopping here for the last 7 years with great stuff and an excellent customer service. But today was a shocking day. A very rude, worst and a completely unprofessional customer service experience. An old lady at the front desk was absolute an insult to the store to work at the front desk. Entered to the store 13-14 minutes before closing and WITHOUT greeting; she shouted/yelled at us; “Guys we are closing in 7 mins”. We said-sure and we started shopping because I guess she wanted to save 7 mins to get make up done. After looking of the cookery, my wife was putting the stuff back and she cane right after her and said “you’re coming at the very last moment and it takes us 45mins to close”... Welcome to reality Old lady; that’s what is retail store is about. In addition; she doesn’t have any name or there isn’t a manager working according to her. Never going again.
Awesome store for great deals, sign up and get their coupons and the door crasher sales are great. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
