His edits are predominantly friends from his home country. Never provided me with a work order or receipt when asked for the "work" done to a car of mine. Unethical and then some. Prices are unreal. The experience has nothing to do with being hard to please. It's easy for you to just say that you have mere ethics and great customer service. There's no denying that in customer service, some customers are more difficult to please. In this specific case it concerns a customer that was charged 390 without an invoice for work that was said to be completed and upon arrival a mechanic who couldn't even get my car to start. Address the facts. You didn't even solve the problem. If the car was fixed as it was claimed and I actually received an invoice for the work done then there would be no need to write this review. I even have video evidence from that day but of course, you might say some cameras are selective in providing accurancy in their recording capabilities. It might have been years ago but it's only fair to talk the truth. I've asked back for my money, I'm still waiting.
Great people! Towing my boat from Port Perry to Mississauga, the ballbearing on one wheel of the trailer gave in and I was stuck middle of my way home just befor the Thanksgiving weekend. I was quite desperate, but luckily there Wayne Yeats, who, even not being his direct line of work, fixed it for me for the next day. The price was very reasonable, but above all I was impressed by the competence and friendliness shown both by Wayne and his colleague, Abraham. Thank you!

Honest, methodical, careful, and pleasant to deal with. He doesn't treat you like an ATM. My only complaint is that he is so busy it's like making an appointment with a medical specialist (lol). A great guy.
I was having an issue with my car and needed it looked at right away. Even though he was busy they still found time to take a look and fix the problem. Highly recommend this shop for your service needs. Thanks boys
