I had a wonderful experience at the salon. Powder dip nail treatments are very difficult to find in the Toronto area. I was very pleased to find out that the service was being provided in my own backyard. Vicki was friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely be returning and referring others.
I went in to this nail salon to get a manicure and to start, the place was very dirty. The owner didn't talk to me once throughout the whole thing and when I thought she was going to make conversation, she rudely said that "I need to relax". I was quoted 30 over the phone for the manicure, and she ended up charging me 56. She didn't trim my cuticles and when I asked her to (given I paid FIFTY SIX dollars), she told me it "wasn't included". As I was leaving the salon, she had a half empty cream out and as I went to pump it, she took it away from me and said "not a sample". As it came up into conversation, I told my mom about my experience and she mentioned having a similar bad experience also with the owner at this place. Would not recommend.
