They charged me 65 and when I asked about the offer they said oh sorry it was only for Boxing Day, we forgot to take it down. It’s not a price issue, it’s a business ethics issue. Stay away by all means. Update: The price on their website was also 49. I had to ask for refund, they offered the difference in cash. I’m changing my initial one star review to three stars for them trying to rectify their mistake. Check your prices elsewhere before shopping here.

Friendly staff, very welcoming. I went in for a cut and the hairstylist made sure she checked the length with me and ensured she wasnt cutting off too much without my consent and did it to my liking.
Balqis is a color specialist, the BEST IN MY OPINION, she has been doing my hair for over 8 years now and i wouldn't trust anyone else with my blond and my highlights. I get compliments on my hair all the time and asked who does my colour and how is it so natural looking. I highly recommend the team at trade secrets and absolutely love there new location upstairs in the Pickering Town Center.
Hina was amazing. First time waxing, Hina made me feel very comfortable. I was extremely nervous about my appt, Hina calmed my nerves. She talked with me during the whole experience which made me not even notice the pain (which was minimal due to Hina's gentleness). I'm very thankful that my experience was as good as it was due to Hina! Thank you Hina!!
I have found the best esthetician in the GTA! Heena is AMAZING at her job! She is gentle and quick when waxing and she makes the time go by quickly. I have tried out many different salons, but now I am so glad I found Heena because she is so knowledgeable about her career. I recommend her to everyone and will continue to use her for brazilian waxing!
