Do not order anything and request to pick up at the store. I ordered my son's Christmas gift, it was delivered to the Source the day after. A staff signed and collected it from the delivery person. I have been in the source 7 times to pick up my item, 7 times they check my ID before go checking if my item was there. They kept saying it was not in as yet. I contacted the Online order team after being frustrated. They told my my item was delivered the day after it was ordered and signed for and collected by a staff. ( I wont say his name) They offer to ship another one, however, the item was out of stock, so they offered me a refund . I still did not recreceived my item. I had to go to Best Buy to buy it all over again and pay even more , in order for my son to have a Christmas gift. The source up to day, has not refunded me a yet. Only the shady staffs knew exactly what happened to my item.

Not the best Source location. Staff try to be helpful but often fall short. Their main focus is to sell phone plans. Otherwise a decent location with reasonable inventory.
Guys are fast to help and are very knowledgable..there great.
Great staff and nice selection of headphones...you get to listen and then purchase...
