Dealt with the Manager who helped me get the 50% off Boxing Day sale that was over in-store however I was having purchasing problems online the day before. She listened and understood what transpired. Took the time to sign me up so I could be eligible in-store. My budget was 100 but ended up spending over 250 because I wanted the items but more because I was happy to be accommodated and she honored my request. Love all the products. Happy customer since 1996 dealing with this Mother and Daughter ran store !

Three staff members and I was the only customer. Not one smiled at me or said hi. Sad because I love their stuff, but I didn't buy any today.
