I bought a kalani crib and 3-drawer dresser in May 2019. I actually had a negative experience with another company and was trying to find my baby furniture as soon as possible. I found The Baby's Room online and spoke with Ellen on the phone. She was very helpful and informative. She placed the furniture items for me on hold because I was unsure if I had actually wanted it. Then I was able to do all the transaction and purchase via phone with her. My husband and I picked up the furniture a few days later, Simon was there to assist us and he was kind. No complaints. I would recommend their store.

I visited The Baby's Room specifically looking to purchase Canadian made furniture for my daughter's nursery. Simon was helpful and the order was processed without delay. Although my furniture did take a little longer than expected to arrive, Simon tried his best to reassure me that he was doing everything on his end to help me furnish my daughter's room. Their prices are unbeatable and if they are not already the lowest, they will match whatever you show them. It was an easy decision to buy from here. I did not know they also carry strollers and carseats but I will definitely go back as my needs expand with the growth of my family. Thank you!
Dealing with Simon and his father was a great experience. I did my research when my wife decided on a set and Simon was honest and straight to the point. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we even received the furniture earlier then anticipated which was a bonus in setting up the nursery on time. I paid extra for the delivery and set up of the crib. I think it's worth it. Hope this helps your decision.

The Baby's Room was recommended to me by a family member. I wanted to purchase a stroller, bassinet and car seat combo and after doing much research I had decided on going with the UPPAbaby Vista/Mesa set. However, as it is a large purchase I wanted to ensure that I'd be satisfied with the product. From the very first visit, Peter the owner had been warm and welcoming and seemed quite knowledgeable. I had many questions and he was very patient with me and allowed me to test out the product in store. This was important as I needed something that was lightweight, easy to use and did not require additional purchases as the child grows down the road. He also explained the benefits of the materials used in constructing the product as well as the importance of its longevity. I returned to the store on two other occasions with follow-up questions and to make the final purchase and was given the same amazing treatment. I also spoke with Simon over the phone and when picking up my order once it had arrived. He also provided the same level of service. I have been using the product for about two weeks now and couldn't be happier. I do plan on returning to the store in the future. I should mention that I had previously visited five other baby stores in Durham region prior to my initial visit to The Baby's Room.
