Be aware of Talent Can Be Taught - formerly Alexander's Music Studio - in Pickering. Awful customer service and they have unskilled high school students teaching there who don't always show up for their class. Classes are for the most part shorter than the hour paid for. When discussed with the owner we were informed that we would not be refunded any money for the three classes missed as a result of the teacher not showing up. Any concerns we brought to his attention during the last several months were shot down. We will be at a new studio in Ajax next month and are looking forward to more progressive learning in a friendly and professional environment.
