I'm just wowed by my visit today. The gentleman who took our order was so delightful! I brought my twins out for some air and a treat and this man had a small conversation with them and they were just so happy and said he was a very nice and pleasant man! The other gentleman who made our frappe was so kind to divide it up for my little 4YO. They loved it! And loves him! Thanks for a wonderful evening treat!

It is deceivingly small on the outside but long and deep like a tooth. Also has a few outdoor tables. Would have given 5 stars if I wasn't left standing without a mere acknowledgement that I was at the counter waiting to order. Once they take your order then sure, the staff there are friendly and pleasant. Just north of PTC on Kingston road.

Great customer service but when I left my cup had a leak in it. When I went back they remade it and it was wrong. I ended up late to work.
This is a good Starbucks. Yes it can busy and you may have to wait a few minutes for your coffee but it's worth it. Please relax people. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.
