This is a great service!! The company owns all of its own furnishings so they don’t have to rely on rentals and it keeps their overhead (and thus their prices) very low!! Their price was literally half the price of the estimates of some other staging services my agent had previously used, so obviously we went with Stage It, and so glad that we did! They have different styles of furniture in their warehouse for different ‘looks’ according to which areas of the GTA and the designer who staged my condo, Jen Punsalan, is fast, friendly, efficient and has a great sense of style! My condo looked AMAZING and sold for over asking. The company is based in Durham region but they travel all over the GTA and downtown to stage properties. They can stage furnished or unfurnished properties, the rental is for 45 days at a time which is amazing and they handle all of the furniture moving with their own moving people. I can’t say enough good things about this service. Highly recommended!
