I bought a car on Bring a Trailer, which was fine, only it was in Connecticut and I wasn’t. Right Drive shipped the car from back east to my door in Vancouver Canada, and it arrived in perfect condition and within the dates specified. Thanks to it being Christmas time, there was a mix-up at the Canadian border and not all the import tax was paid. This came up when the car was registered. When I wrote to Right Drive about the problem they checked their files and immediately refunded me the sum I had given them for that portion of the tax, no problem. This may sound simple, but it doesn’t always happen that way, believe me. I shall be using Right Drive again; they are a great company.
I can’t say enough about this place, aside from the incredibly knowledgeable staff and overall friendliness yet professional atmosphere it’s full of absolute unique vehicles that your likely to have never seen in person before. It’s worth the time to just wander in and check out some cool cars and trucks you may not see anywhere else.
I purchased a 1998 Subaru Sambar for my business, and I have had nothing short of fantastic experience from start to finish. The truck I bought did have a few issues after I purchased it, but the team at Right Drive responded right away and said “We will take care of you don’t worry” and they did just that, they ordered the parts from Japan installed them and took care of everything at no charge. I would highly recommend buying from them, especially with these unique vehicles. Thank you Darko, Daryl and Jeff! I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from you in the future. As for my Sambar, I love it!
I contacted RightDrive to look for a special car I wanted imported from Japan. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and provided me with answers to all my questions, no matter how detailed, immediately. The knowledge from their entire staff was outstanding. I was skeptical that I was going to find a mint condition vehicle, but they came through! Their team in Japan was excellent as well, answering all questions and finding the car i wanted. At the end of the day I was able to find a beautiful RX-7 Spirit R and I can't thank them enough. I will be back for the next purchase!!

We really appreciated the VIP treatment we received. Our vehicle had some bad body damage which we expected would be very costly. They were clearly booked solid but were willing and able to squeeze us in. The quality of work was amazing. It looks like new and you can't even see where the damage was and it's worth mentioning that we feel that the price was much lower than what we would have gotten somewhere else.
