Rand Pools took on a repair job on my 46 year old pool that other pool companies lacked the expertise to do. The Rand team were professional, reasonably priced and friendly. They did a great job and are now my go-to pool company.

I have been trying various pool services company around my house and I find Rand Pools to be the best in terms of Quality. Professionalism and Honesty. I wish they were more responsive and available in providing their services.
I've purchased my hot tub about 10 years ago and have found their customer service to be fickle. Lately my motor needed to be replaced and I called 3 times plus visited them in person to get service and after 4 weeks, I'm finished with dealing with them. Its obvious that my business is not appreciated won't be dealing with this company again.
