This is a nice place for a birthday party. The fact that the party has exclusive access to the venue is one of the best perks. Also, it's reasonably priced. The owners are very receptive to suggestions and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. The play area is suitable enough for both toddlers and young children. Overall a great option for a birthday party/open play. Only reason I gave 4 stars/complaint is the temperature, it can feel rather chilly in there until the heat kicks on.

Scarborough location is better run. The 2 locations on the same street you may find confusing. Feel a bit rushed to get stuff in and out. Staff helps out a lot to keep things moving. Great alternative to have a party at these playgrounds rather than having this at your home where the kids are busting up your house and you are left with the mess to clean up.
Good place for young children to play. They have an enclosed area for youngsters to climb, slide and other activities. A parent/adult should attend with toddlers; no shoes, even for the adults. Children will have a busy time! Available for birthdays, too! My grandson loved it!
Me and my wife had our 3yr old birthday party there and it was worth every penny. My daughter had a great time along with the rest of the kids. The place was clean and very kids friendly, all equipment was up to date and working, staff was helpful and kind. I especially liked the fact that you could invite 50 people whereas other party facilities allows less. Overall a excellent experience.

If I could give it one star I would. I went recently for a birthday party and was shocked to find out what my friend paid for a rushed and unfriendly experience. A bunch of the toys were broken in the play area for the small kids and more than half of the balls in the ball pit were squished. The trampoline area was unsafe and my child almost fell between the trampoline and the netting. The bathrooms are disgusting and look like they haven’t been cleaned since the 80’s. it. While the kids were eating they shut the lights off in the play area and would it have killed them to play some music or something so it’s didn't feel line you were playing in a windowless tunnel? Save your money and go to a better play place and not one that looks like it just wants to take your money and rush you out
