Very poor product support. Discontinued model subwoofer has no replacement parts available. No specifications are available for me to source a replacement driver. This company is on the skids with no one there who knows anything to assist their loyal customers. Bought over 10k of psb speakers and deeply regretting it now due to zero support. BEWARE.

Purchased a pair of M4U headphones from one of their re sellers about a year and a bit ago, the chord was never right. After a year and a few months I called into the company letting them know the issue. The lady was so nice about it and without wasting my time just took my information and decided to send me a replacement part. This is a good Canadian company and we should support them as they are very supportive to their customers.
