Frank and team are great guys to deal with and appreciate them for taking it kindly on me considering I kind of blamed them for exhaust rattle noises coming from an aftermarket exhaust system I had them install but it was actually from a trailer hitch that I had installed by Uhaul the very next day. Firestone fixed me up and sent me on my way with a smile. Thank you very much for all your help!

Guys at Firestone are very friendly! Came in for an oil change and they went the extra mile to do a once over on my 2011 Cruze, let me know about my air filters needing a change as well as some loose front end parts. Great vibe from everyone, will definitely be back for all my services !
