Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Fixed our dryer in quicktime. Jason knew exactly what was wrong, tested everything, and had all the replacement parts with him, just in case. Will definitely have him back to fix our appliances. On the initial phone call to him, jason was efficient, asked all the pertinent questions, and set up a convenient appointment to assess and repair our dryer. We're very pleased that we have a reliable source to call.
Been using these guys since they were on Kingston Road over 20 years ago. It’s still owned by the same people and their service is great. After diagnosing the problem over the phone, Jason was able to bring the part with him and install it on the same day. Couldn’t be happier.
