We were first-time home buyers so we needed a lot of education and honesty to help us learn and most importantly make the best choice that was suitable for our situation. Mike was truly amazing, he is very knowledgeable, patient and persistent. I've worked with Mike in search of finding a place to rent. It was my first time renting and Mike made it a priority to inform me of all the information I needed to know about condos and renting itself. He gave me many options and a variety of locations and condos to choose from. At the time the market was in demand and offers were coming in quickly. I finally found a place I liked and was the first visitor to see the place and made an offer immediately. With multiple offers on the property, I am sure that we were not the top bid but somehow Mike worked his magic and got us the place. He is passionate about real estate and I have never meet any one so hard working and put so much effort into his work and clients.
