Johnson force me to pay extra 1070 for no reason after I already paid off the existing car insurance policy. Johnson also threaten me that if I do not pay this extra charge they force on me they will cancel my policy I already paid until June 2020. I will tell all my friends this Johnson unfair and non-professional behavior. It is a kind of cheating as Johnson initially provided a quote 2200/Year, but once I paid off Johnson now force me to pay extra 1070 otherwise they cancel my policy with no refund.

I have housecar insured with Johnson for 5 years, never have any claims, but just received a letter recently that my car insurance will be increased more than 10% in next term. Is this normal??
