I have been a logistics manager for five years. I have trucks in and out of the shop daily. I was using these guys here and there. They did a few ok things, and a few bad things, but nothing to severe. No shop is perfect and I understand things don't always go how they are supposed to. I manage trucks for a living, I get it. Then I had the worst experience I've had with any shop. They did a brake job, but they didn't do it correctly and oil leaked all over the new brakes. Next time into a different shop (less than a month later for yearly safety) they needed to rework the whole thing costing 4200. Jemm wouldn't do anything for me. They replied to my email but just kept kicking the can down the road hoping I would forget. I haven't forgotten. They lost a potential customer with a fleet of 15 trucks. I guess they don't need the business. Many other options in Pickering.

I had a terrible experience here. I came for a brake job and a safety. Over two weeks later my rear brakes had been done with a bill of 3500. No parts were replaced other than drive wheel spacers and service parts. The guys said at bill time, the rear brakes were ok and didn’t need work. So I’m like, couldn’t you have figured that out before spending 20 hours taking it all apart? I expect some intelligence in this regard. My front brakes which actually need work didn’t even get looked at. Further, this shop outright refused to give a safety no matter what I was willing to purchase. Their reasoning was that my turn signal switch had been custom moved to the dashboard which they didn’t like. Even though my entire lighting system works excellent. So, I spent 2 weeks, 3500, and got nothing more out of it than new drive wheel spacers. An absolute waste, I can’t believe it really. These people are hard to work with, and did nothing to help me or my business. The workmanship was good but served little purpose. The job planning was extremely poor and resulted in me wasting money and time. Not recommended.
