Place is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair. Bottom floor is closed to the mall atm but you can get in upstairs and there is an elevator for wheelchairs etc.

The Bay has great quality, sometimes they are pricey thou. Wait for their sales,which are generally good. It does seem that they have cut their sales staff. Hard to find sales clerk, they are all at cash.

Everything here is high qualityand well merchandised. Levis section is awesome lots of choices. Polo, Nautica, Calvin Klien and all the other high end name brands. Look for sales and save a bunch of hard earned cash!

In general a good location but not very organized. Some cash registers have lines while others are just not in service. Friendly staff but the service is slow.

Experience was fine... but being Covid and it being Christmas Eve they were almost sold out of a few good products. I wanted a watch for my mother, and seems everybody and the mosquitos needed one...only a few left!!! Just my bad luck, but I still was very happy that they were even open during these trying times.

I always dislike entering The Bay as I find the setup frustrating and staff to be slow to do anything. I needed to return something so I entered and went straight to a Service desk. After waiting there about 12 minutes (for only two people ahead of me) I am literally shoo'd away to some other part of the store to process the return. I have processed returns at this exact Service desk in the past so I was irritated there was no signage to say that location does not process returns anymore. What a waste of almost 15 minutes (by the time I find the correct Service desk). In the second line up, with five people ahead of me, took well over twenty minutes for the returns to be processed and for it to be my turn. There are always lots of staff milling around but none ever come to help the line ups. I literally saw a woman sort and re-sort one rack of clothing for the entire time I stood in the second line and not once did she come to the desk to help all of us that were waiting. Extremely poor customer service left me annoyed and frustrated. A 3.5 minutes transaction took over 30 minutes for me to complete.

I personally love Hudsonbay, i wouldn't say anything bad about so yes there was a lot good stuff and this place is very big and verity of good quality
