One of the medium sized stores I have visited, but they had everything I needed! Love the franchise, they seem to care lots of people’s health. They have many vegan options and sustainable products. I would recommend at least a visit here. They have coconut keifer! I have not seen anywhere else. Great alternative to dairy one. Best wishes.
This is my home location so it's always a pleasure going in and seeing everyone. Especially Aysha! She's always helpful, consistent and kind. I've been going for over a decade and even though I've moved I'll always come back to this location. Thank you, happy holidays and stay safe!
Store is alright. Decently stocked with supplements, powders, vitamins but really lacking in staples, offering only a few options for milks, bread items, vegan protein options, and superfoods. Only a select few brands and often only one or two of each items on the shelf. Items on the shelves are past date or close to expiry for weeks at a time. It seems inventory needs work. For variety and more stock, the Ajax location is far superior. The bigger disappointment is definitely the shopping experience. Staff here typically huddle at the front of the store behind the cash register, and they are unwelcoming and uninterested in attending to customers beyond ringing them up and sending them home. This place works in a pinch if you need something super common (protein powders, basic supplements and vitamins), but you're better off skipping and heading to another location if you can.
I find the staff not helpful. I have observed on more than one occasions, that they are not nice or helpful to black customers. It's hurtful and it must stop. Shame.
I really enjoy this chain of stores but this location was just OK. The one staff member seemed to be busy with a friend , Ended up buying nothing, much prefer Ajax or Whitby locations
Here is what I think about this store, in order to achieve great customer service experience have two floaters on the floor almost like in a clothing store, this way your experience will be amazing less stress from both sides and additionally whenever purchasing a package always look for expirey dates and making sure the package isn't damage now if you feel that the service provided isn't up to your satisfaction then confront the owner or go directly to the customer service, I have been there many times and being served by a female and a male never a problem, problem occurs when there is too many staff at the cash counter everyone wants to be known as the boss seen that many times at the store, more training is required, smile greet each customer as they walk in, stop the chitter and focus on customers needs, when business is slow look up products for knowledge instead of gossip seen this many times in the store, the owner who I see all the time there (female) often is very RUDE so I avoid going to her, staff there requires education of products and selling techniques. Best costumer service ever everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and supplements I ask for myself and my kids and everything the recommended works. Overall just love shopping at this location️
