Great clean place with awesome servers. I was looking for a cafe to grab brunch and found this spot. Great food with big portions. Loved my hazelnut gelato and waffle with strawberry and banana. Everything was great along with my cold drink. Would recommend this place

What has Pickering done to deserve such an awesome cafe? This place gives you the downtown Toronto vibe without having to travel so far. The ambiance and mood is very chic for Durham region. The coffee selection is unique, they offer coffee from all over the world. The dessert is remarkable. The owner Q is very personable and goes out his way to learn your name and the type of coffee you like. My first time here the manager gave me an Americano on the house. I told him I’d be back in a few days to try something else. When I returned he had different coffees for me to sit and taste test. The entire experience was a memorable one.
Such great service!! That alone got them 5 stars. The employees were so sweet. While waiting for my food in my car, they brought out free drinks for the wait, they also brought out my food when it was ready and they came to check on me before I left. The waffle was delicious on top of that. Great place! And I’ll definitely be going back ️
Heaffles opened during Covid-19 pandemic last summer and it has been my wife's favourite place for coffee and dessert since then. We went for our anniversary brunch last year and the owner Qais Zakhel went above and beyond to make our day. Loved all the items on the menu and will be visiting it more often once the pandemic is over.
We tried the Kinder waffle and banana & Ferrero waffle - both were really good and portions were large (definitely shareable). We're happy to have Heaffles as a solid dessert option so close to home. Customer service was exceptionally friendly, and the cafe interior was great. Hoping we can dine-in soon and looking forward to trying beverages and gelato next time.
Newly opened in Pickering. The ambiance is very cozy, quiet and clean. Perfect for a business meeting or a date. The owners are amazing and give great drink recommendations. There’s a patio that’s nice as well but closed for the season. Definitely check it out! Also a good opportunity to support local businesses.
This place is a Euro gem. Every sense is a 10 plus. There is a beautiful aroma of saffron as you enter the cafe. The owner is a very sweet and generous young man. Coffee is outstanding. They even steam your cream so that all is pupping hot. Super clean tastefully decorated. So glad you choose Pickering to display your talents. Blessings on your business!
