We are currently doing a renovation at our house with GetReno. So far Lupo and his team has been amazing. The process is looking great. Currently, they are working on the basement and got rid of our ugly wood panels. The kitchen and laundry are looking beautiful. We cannot wait for the final results. Lupo is great and efficient and available all the time. He always follows up on the daily basis. Doing a reno during this pandemic is not easy but Lupo assured, him and his team follow all the safety precautions. Keep up the great work! We cannot wait when everything is done.

Our basement renovation was everything we could ask for and MORE. Get Reno were able to turn into our dark crowded basement into the living space we needed! We spoke with 5 other contractors who were all very professional, knowledgeable but none were like family like Get Reno. I had a vision of what I wanted our basement space but Get Reno brought it to life with the design meeting. They were very professional assisting us our selection of colours, designs, and alternate layout options. We now spend more time in our basement than any other room in the home! Timeline: Get Reno completed the project on time under short notice and over the Christmas holidays. Lupo visited often to keep us up to date, any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Price: We discussed the basement requirements early on payment structure. There were no unexpected additional payments or excuses, the discussed price was the price paid (which was very competitive). Cleanliness: The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Quality: We were especially pleased with the excellent quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the fact that the workers continued to design as they built. The build team was very experienced, and it shows. Conclusion: We honestly didn’t think that this level of service existed anymore. It is clear that they take great pride in their work, and our finished basement exceeded our expectations. We possess before and after pictures of our basement and would be more than happy to show anyone who are on the fence selecting Lupo Cinco and his team at Get Reno.

I honestly would recommend Get Reno and there team.... Lupo and his team responded promptly when I called pertaining to work we needed on the back of our house (mudroom replacement with porch above, exterior wall of back of house replaced. With all and any renovation projects open up issues within old houses, and it did for us, I always felt at ease that Lupo would look after it and point us in the right direction. As well, you know you have found a good contractor when the building inspector raves about the quality of the work. Very nice people, easy to work with and very prompt in returning emails, text messages and calls. Can't say enough....
