We would like to say thanks to Peter, Kendal, Joe, Adam and the rest of the crew at Floor and Bath design for making the renovation process of our master bedroom and main washroom a very smooth project. At the beginning I felt overwhelmed but, with Peter and Kendal expertise, things just got easier. If it’s your first time involved in renovations, you need to understand the need to meet many times with the company to discuss, design, material, colours, pricing, etc. Both washrooms were renovated from scratch. New bathtubs, new shower designs, floor tiles, new vanity design in both washrooms, built in pocket door in the master washroom, new base boards to match the existing window frame, everything is absolutely beautiful. Despite, the length of time of the project, it was never stressful, because Joe and Adam made things so easy for us. Attention to detail was excellent. Joe and Adam made sure the work site was left clean every day. The entire process was professional, organized, and well run. Everything was very clear up front so we encountered no surprises throughout the project. Materials and options were discussed up front. This is our second project with Floor and Bath Design. The first job was probably 15 years ago and the flooring (tiles) still look amazing. We are very satisfied and will recommend Floor and Bath Design to others. They stand behind their jobs!

We did a fairly substantial renovation of our second floor, including knocking down walls, installing a new washroom, renovating existing washrooms, installing hardware, painting, etc. Peter, Casey, Stan and team were amazing. They were organized, professional, and exceeded our expectations. They came in on budget, finished earlier than anticipated, and were great with all the little finishing touches after completion. I would highly recommend Floor and Bath Design.

I wouldn't even give 1* to these guys. Last night my wife and I were here to get a quote for our bathroom renovation.However, we decided not to go with these guys or refer them to any of our friends or family. We were so much disappointed. Below are some of the main reasons for our negative review: 1. The lady on the reception didn't even greet and was not at all welcoming 2. Upon asking to show the available bathroom designs, she just took us to a corner and showed a basic design as she was least interested 3. Upon asking for an in home consultation and a detailed quote she bluntly denied it. This lady bluntly gave a rough estimate of 22-25K and said this is min and that the consultant/designer will give the same figure upon consultation so she don't want to waste their time if are not sure of doing the business with Floor and Bath design company. I don't understand who one earth will right away decide of doing business with anyone unless they get a detailed quote, designs and agreements on the same. Overall our experience with this company was terrible and disaster. We went their with so much expectations but was total waste of time, effort and energy. Never going here nor will refer this unprofessional company to anyone either.
