Stopped by this past weekend looking for an otterbox. Phil at the booth was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gave his honest opinion on the products I was looking for, rather than just trying to make a quick sale. Ended up purchasing off of him and I'm definitely glad I did.

I bought my Samsung Galaxy A70 Smartphone on June 2019 at Fido at the Pickering Town Centre in Pickering. The customer service was excellent! The customer service representative was 100% amazing! She was very knowledgeable in my needs as a customer and she recommend the Samsung Galaxy A70 Smartphone over the Samsung Galaxy S10 which was still a very expensive smartphone at the time. I highly recommend Fido because the customer service is fantastic and I am very pleased and happy with my Samsung Galaxy A70 Smartphone! I will definitely buy another Samsung Smartphone from Fido at the Pickering Town Centre! I will continue to be a loyal customer to Fido because the customer service is fantastic as I had some questions with my cellular Fido plan and the customer service was fantastic and amazing in resolving my problems! Thank you.

I called 5 Bell locations asking about cellphones and they were ALL jerks! Somebody suggested I call Fido, I spoke to a rep named Julie. This Fido location wasn't able to offer what I needed, but Julie was very friendly AND helpful. She answered all my questions even though she knew I wouldn't be purchasing a phone. I will definitely consider this location next time and will recommend to others.
