First time I have ever had to ship FedEx ground. Didnt have a clue to what I was doing. The gentleman at the store took his time to explain and help me figure out what was necessary to ship my materials. Excellent customer service.

Hours are 10am-5pm on weekdays, not 10-7. Please update the hours on here so people don’t waste their time heading to your location after hours. I’ve been here before and the service was great but I’m not a fan of businesses that waste my time.

Horrible customer service. Website incorrect..website says open 24 hours went at 8pm to try and ship important documents and store is closed. Who set up your website???do you not check work that is done for you?? Such a joke. How I can I trust a company to ship my important documents and they can't even get hours business correct on a website.
