Great for birthday parties, recently found this place and held a birthday party there. The staff are terrific and communicate with the adults very well. They permit a 5-10 minute period for set up which can get a little tight but if you have a few hands to help, it should be okay. The play space is great for young children too because the entire front play area allows little guests to play without being trampled by older children. Additionally, this place is great because they will permit outside food. They provide pizza and the cake they get is delicious but having the ability to bring additional desserts and coffee (got Starbucks for the adults) was a bonus. As for free play, call or e-mail ahead because I believe they're closed for birthday parties (which is another great feature - you get exclusive access to the venue for your event). The only reason I gave 4 stars is the venue tends to be a bit chilly in winter, so dress in layers.

Was here over the weekend for my girl friend's kid birthday party and was absolutely overwhelmed. We had the most incredible, amazing, top notch experience. Knowing that this place has been taken over by another new owner, their service were so good! They greeted us themselves, helped everyone of us decorated the place to our liking, helped us arranging the food pizza catered to our every need!! Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful weekend here at Fantasy Fun Place with our children! The new owner and the staff were amazing and super friendly!! We will definitely return. Highly recommended.
