My daughter just had her fourth birthday party at the pickering location. It was excellent. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make it all go smoothly. I highly recommend it. The kids had an amazing time and left super happy. We booked the extra 30 minutes to give us more time to set up and clean up.

Very small venue for a larger party. Didn't like the fact that you are using a public bathroom with socked feet. Bring slippers. The floor is freezing. Otherwise, the kids had a great time.
This place is cute and small the play place is great because even adults can fit in it! The two girls who hosted my daughters were so cute and great!! We had a great party here. My only suggestion is to look into adding more light inside the play place - some areas were very dark.
Very small , not much sitting space for adults , washroom not kept clean during the 2 hour window that I was there , the carousel doesn’t work ,also they asked us to pay first , which they gave us a hard time about.. seemed like they didn’t trust us that we were going to pay at the end , staff not that great and they aren’t knowledgeable at all... staff look like kids , and management is no help , I do not recommend giving your money to this company ! ... felt very rushed when we were leaving .
Small place good for smaller kids that can walk and crawl. Nephew enjoyed himself.
We had our son's birthday here a week ago. The place was very clean and the 2 staff that were there was very friendly and helpful. They were always available if I needed anything. My son and all the kids had an amazing time as well as the kids at heart. I would have given this place a 5 star but a few of the equipments (merrygoround in toddler area and 2 of the ball shooters) were not working.

Hosted my daughter's fifth birthday party here. The place was very clean. There were two girls working there and both were friendly and very helpful and hard working. They helped with setup and clean up. We got the juices, water, coffee, and everything else that was included. As mentioned in another review, the napkins are themed but plates and cups are colour themed, but this is listed on the website and not a big deal. The kids had a blast and everything was good. Very pleased.
