GREAT LOCATION IN THE HEART OF PICKERING AND WALKING DISTANCE TO THE PICKERING TOWN CENTER.THE REC. CENTRE IS FANTASTIC. 24 HOUR GUARDS GATED COMPLEX. SUITES ARE SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT. A GOOD PLACE TO CALL HOME.

Very nice \adult lifestyle\ condominium with all the amenities. The hot tub in the recreational area is very good. The grounds and all facilities are well maintained.
