Just picked up two sweet Norco bikes yesterday and the service was amazing. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Top notch service. Thanks to Matt for answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect bikes. I will be buying all my kids bikes from you too.

got some booties for the cold weather, a new chain and tech was quick to advise I had bought the wrong chain. got brake pads too. great service and good stock! conveniently off the 401 and on the way to trails via Brock north
The staff was pleasant and the store was well organized. My only complaint is when I called ahead to ask if an item was in stock they said it was but when I arrived it wasn't there. All considered I would still shop here again I just hope they do more due diligence in the future when checking if an item is available.
I went to this place last year and dealt with a Scott who was awesome. The last time I went there before the lockdowns, I dealt with a matt and it was a terrible experience. He was not helpful at all giving one word answers and being rude. He told me to go for a high end mountain bike too. I didnt like the service so went to another bike shop who found me a bike that matched my needs which happened to be a road bike and would happily answer my questions in detail.
Bought a new bike there last week. Staff was great, no pressure and they took the time to educate me on the different bikes and features. Can’t recommend them enough!
