Took my 7 month old to get her ears pierced. Jaquelyn did such an amazing job. From explaining the procedure prior to the piercing to the post-op instructions. She is just amazing with little ones. I would definitely recommend going to her for piercings. She was also available for questions the next couple of days if there were any concerns. Very happy with this experience and nothing but .good things to say

Nice people but they messed up the placement of my ear piercing and didn’t say anything, I noticed when I was finally able to take them out (since it’s in my own head). Not to mention they pierced THROUGH my mask in the back. Mostly annoyed that the placement is wrong and especially not acknowledged..
Dropped in to get my eyebrows done! Asked for an appointment within the hour, got in! Jen did a great job! Will be back for maintenance! Felt very comfortable with Jen taking all the sanitary precautions.
I love Caryl Baker Visage (Pickering Town Centre). I rely on them for all my skin care needs - from my products to facials to eye brow treatments. The staff there are friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Shout out to Brenda there! She's amazing ️
My 7 month old daughter did her ear piercings here today and we had a great experience! Jaqueline (the owner) was so patient and professional every step of the way. We bought the package that included the numbing cream, set of sterlized earrings, and after care. Now I'm thinking of going back to get my nose pierced!
Jen was amazing! She helped us choose the perfect earrings, answered all our questions and was very gentle with my baby girl! Thank you for making this experience so wonderful!
I was called this morning and alerted that I had a free 30 minute facial to use as it is my birthday month. I made an appointment this afternoon, and had an awesome experience. Jeremy was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He offered an upgrade for a face mask for 10 extra at the beginning which I accepted. During the facial, he explained every product and technique he was applying, and what they were doing for my skin. He also gave me some helpful tips that I never would have known about, for example, only using your ring finger around your eyes as it is the most gentle and your skin is very thin there. He mentioned the products he was using, why, and their benefits, but he was never pushy on purchasing them throughout my entire experience. I appreciated this as I really just wanted to enjoy my pampering and was worried it was a gimmick to force people into buying a whole slew of facial products. He was grateful for the time we spent together and the help he gave me to to take care of my skin. I would highly recommend asking for him for treatments as he is friendly, personable, respectful and super knowledgeable in his craft! Thanks, Jeremy!
Very professional and pleasant staff. Came here to get my infant daughter’s ears pierced and Jer did a fantastic job putting us and our daughter at ease. She was very friendly and extremely comfortable working with a baby. Answered all our questions before we could even ask them. Highly recommend.
