Always great service. I've been coming to this location ever since it's opening I mail out packages about every 2 weeks. The manager is excellent and goes through the line pretty quick.

the nice fellow working the cash today at the closing shift (4pm) was extremely courteous and helpful in my time of need, i couldnt have done it without him, so kind, 5 stars to him give him a raise

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two crabby old lady's treated me extremely poorly and were condescending because I was trying to do their job and prepare the package for shipment (something I have never done or experienced at any Canada Post). They made snarky comments towards me saying "you should invest in some packing tape" and "you have to do this because I don't have time". The one lady then proceeded to leave for her break and left me helpless with trying to figure out what to do. Needless to say neither of these two clerk's should continue to work there

Literally terrible person behind the counter. I went for ID verification, I did this before and driving license and health card would be okay to make it done. Lady told me that she can't accept health card. Isn't that official government card? She is just trying to find a excuse to not help. I had some small problems before. But that's enough. I am not going to visit this location anymore.

Horrible customer experience and to be treated lessor than other customers is ignorant and disgusting.

Good luck getting prompt service at this place. Not only are their current hours ridiculously reduced compared to other locations in the area (they close at 5:30pm when it used to be 9PM before the rona), 30 minutes before closing they tell you at the door of Shoppers their lineup is too long and they are not taking any other customers...with only one person working at all times it seems. It's frustrating as this is a hub of the Dunbarton area and the lines are ALWAYS extremely long, and they close earlier than listed, which is too early to begin with. They need later hours and enough staff to handle the volume. Must be stressful on them too.

Firstly, what sense does it make for a post office to operate on REDUCED hours during a pandemic? Shouldn’t the post office be working the same or more hours to encourage people to get more things through mail and allow people to come at different hours of the day instead of all at once? Apparently not. Secondly, the workers at this location are very lazy and rude. I once arrived at the Shoppers at 5:30, the signs were already out up front that the post office was closed. These workers are waiting for quitting time all day. It was 5:31 by the time I got to the back and one of the post office workers was already guarding the line to make sure no one else could send or receive mail. I work 10 to 12 hour shifts during corona, picking up mail between 10 and 5:30 is not feasible for me, yet if I come at lunch these workers take an hour lunch break, work on reduced hours and only work 7 and a half anyways. On occasion I’ve managed to get in before 5:30 and I’ve seen the workers rudely scolding customers who get in the line last minute as if the world revolves around cushy Canada Post time. But what can I say, I guess it’s really tough to work in an air conditioned shoppers for 6 hours.

Very long lines. Had to wait an hour in line just to pick up a package (which took 20 seconds once I reached the front of the line). They only have one staff member (who operates very slowly), despite the line snaking down the aisles. Avoid this post office.
