Lines may be long but so much better than visiting the Pickering post office. Staff here are much more willing to help, provide information and knowledgeable. I’ve had bad experiences time and time again at the other location, but since coming here I’ve notice my mail is actually making it to its destination!

If I could rate this place zero I would. I went there at 7:30pm. It showed that they are open till 9pm online but when I went the staff, middle aged with short hair mentioned that she was closed. I asked her if there was any other office open till 9pm and her reply was " I donn't know anymore" with a stern rude face. Just a "don't know" would have been fine and polite but I never knew that Canada Post could answer only during their work hours..

Would rate 0 if I could. For some reason they were closed from at least 5:35pm to 6pm (could have been 5-6pm for all I know) because "she was on her lunch break". So there is only 1 employee working and they decided to take lunch AFTER the main Post Office closed? Wish I could just tell everyone to wait while I went on lunch without getting fired. If they weren't a monopoly they would be out of business.

Have had good experience with them so far. There is usually a line up, but it moves reasonably quick.
