I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Button’s!!! From the first appointments with Todd, to installation with Kris, Kyle and Phil, our experience with them was 5 stars! We had to replace our furnace, A/C and water tank as the ones we had were super old and we were looking for a local, trustworthy company. Todd came to our place and, after looking downstairs, explained everything that had to be done and gave us a lot of options to choose from. He was VERY informative and I felt really comfortable with his level of expertise and experience. We didn’t think twice before making the decision and he came back the next day to check everything again in order to get his team ready for installation day. Kris, Kyle and Phil arrived on time and their work was outstanding. Everything was so clean and organized, and they walked us through everything during and after installation. They were very polite and had great knowledge of the work. Everything was installed in 1 1/2 day and we are so happy with it! I am honestly so happy with the level of work and professionalism from the entire team! I will definitely recommend their services to all my family and friends! And we can happly say they’ve won new and loyal customers:)

When the time came to replace the unit, he was thorough and provided us with several options and took the time to explain to us each one. The prices were fair and transparent. Button’s was highly recommended by folks in the neighbourhood. Hired them to replace our old AC and furnace. The sales rep and technicians were courteous and professional. We’re happy with the work they did. When we called about a humidifier issue months later, they caught a mistake they made in the furnace installation, corrected the issue at no cost, and apologized for the error - no excuses given. Really appreciated that.

Good thing i always call Buttons for my annual maintenance. Tom found out our vent to our hw tank was not even attached plus other issues. He showed genuine concern, very professional and did a great job fixing the problems. I am one happy and grateful customer.
