I was carefully researching the companies offering their services for installing the real estate signs. I have chosen "The Sign Installers" and I have never looked back! The service I have received from them is simply incredible from the very first day! I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Katie Whalen, Operations Manager. The service I have received from Katie Whalen is fantastic, it has exceeded all my expectations! Katie took the charge and provided me with all the additional information I urgently needed in a timely manner, with patience while bringing me clarity. Having all the answers I needed made me happy and I had a relaxed rest of the day while I continued smiling and being happy having The Sign Installers and Katie Whalen on my side. Brooks Brothers / The Sign Installers has been our commercial sign installers for many, many years and a few years ago we transitioned to having them also install our residential signs – they helped make the transition seamless! They provide great service, at great prices! The on-line ordering system is wonderful – sure helps to make our jobs easier! If an issue does arise, they are quick to respond and make it right! Steve, Katie, Scott and the whole team are absolutely wonderful to deal with, they really do care about upholding our reputation as a company and their own – they want the job they do, to reflect well on both them and us!
Brooks Brother’s Sign Installation does a great job!! They are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. This doesn’t mean there are never issues; what it means is the rare time there is, it gets addressed and rectified ASAP. I have missed deadlines getting orders in and they were able to help me out. This is a challenging time for all and they are still providing great service. Thanks to Steve and the gang!
Horrible, They Charge for work that was not completed, they do NOT follow up... Do NOT give them access to your credit card
I like Brooks Brothers Installations! They are always Fast and Efficient and I only have to book them one day in advance. (The night before) If they make a Mistake they fix it and so Far I have been very happy using them ! The ladies working in their head office are also nice and helpful. Thank you ! :)
All in all, lack of management, tons of mistakes. will not recommended
As a professional Realtor, If you carry over 5 listings at once, this sign installer company MUST put wrong signs and wrong address for your listing for sure, and they will bill you whatever they want to bill you. You will spend over one hour on the phone with them and they won't either solve the problem, or refund your money. Then, I gave up trying because don't have that much time for that. I wouldn't recommended Professional Realtor to use their services, search a new one
I have been utilizing their services about a year now and have had NO issues whatsoever. They are on time, personable, dependable and efficient. Yes I would gladly refer them
