We have used Chef Murali for multiple events, first for a private anniversary dinner. The food was incredible, unique, full of variety and absolutely delicious. His food ranks better than some of the fanciest restaurants we have been too and the personal touch is an added bonus! He has done a few other catering events for us for work and recently did a fantastic job coming up with a meal plan options for our family. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what kind of meals we preferred and what worked best with our lifestyle. The food was not only delicious but very healthy! He is an absolute professional and you can see his passion and the visible love for what he does.

We have worked with them on several of our weddings, honestly one of the best catering companies you can hire. They take exceptional care in customizing your special day, if your want a personalized experience these are your guys. Sometimes you get presentation but the food isn't the best and vise versa, with Brindle Berry you get it all. Staff is well knowledge in the culinary art, and always cater to your guests. Doesn't matter if it's for a big wedding or a small private event in your back yard, these guys know how to execute catering at an event despite how small or large your guest list is. Murali, Thiru and the team sit down and go through eat plate with you and app to make sure it's to your every liking. we Have haven't had one complaint with using Brindleberry Catering & Events and Avant Garde Events fully recommend them. It's so hard to pick one favorite dish, cause there is to many to choose from but we would say the creme brulee, the steak and the beef sliders is one of the best we have ever had.
I had the opportunity to try Chef Muralis food a few times and there’s no words to describe it but delicious! The presentation was wonderful and the food was high quality. Chef Murali did an amazing job creating a variety of dishes with different flavours. Everyone enjoyed his meals and couldn’t stop talking about it!! I would definitely recommend others to try out his food as you won’t be disappointed!
I hired Chef Murali for my cousins surprise engagement party which was less then a week away. He was very quick to respond and make arrangements to be available for me on such last minute notice. The food was exceptional not to mention his professionalism. All guests were impressed and eager for the next dish as it not only tasted great but was displayed beautifully. I loved that he left the kitchen exactly as when he arrived and that it was an ease communicating with him before and during the event. We hired chef Murali on two occasions for a private dinner and his service and good was absolutely amazing. He customized a 5 course fusion menu that took us all by surprise. Standard menu items like a sweet potato soup were elevated to new standards with the flavours he brings in from other parts of the world. Fine dining at it's finest! Not only was his passion for food evident in his quality and presentation, but his service was impeccable. He knows how to fit in with the people he is cooking for and has an infectious personality.
